After homeschooling for a number of years and then writing the book, Designing Your Own Classical Curriculum, Laura M. Berquist founded Mother of Divine Grace School. It was the positive response to her book that convinced Mrs. Berquist that there were many other mothers, like herself, who wanted to provide a Classical Christian (Catholic) education for their children. Mother of Divine Grace School is an accredited distance learning school now serving more than 6,300 students offering various levels of programs for students and teachers, summer classes for students and parents, and workshops for parents throughout the year. Mrs. Berquist is blessed with six children and 16 grandchildren.The Community Event will be held at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church* beginning at 7pm.
